I decided to devote myself fully to my passion – taking care of animals – over 15 years ago. I don’t consider it a job as most people do. Spending time with animals is one of the most rewarding things for me, so providing pet care services in Boulder has been a natural fit.

Through personal studies I have tackled a broad range of in-depth courses to expand my pet care knowledge. I want our customers to know how important their pets well being is, and that we take our responsibilities for their well being very seriously.

We are licensed, insured, and bonded for your peace of mind. Your dog will be in excellent hands while they are in our care.

My Background:

As a child, I preferred playing with animals more than with other children. Animals have a way of making me feel special. Nothing seems as important than receiving unconditional love.

In late 2011 I found myself considering my options in a retail career. That was when I turned my love for animals into a business, and it has positively impacted my life ever since.

Dog Daycare and Boarding As A Business

I started out dog walking and pet sitting part time for friends while I was working as a manager in retail. As my love for pet care grew, I took on more clients and was able to it full time and leave the retail world.

My Four legged Fur Babies: 

Sparky is my 4 yr old Aussie/Husky mix that gets along with and loves everybody. Manny and Silver are my 2 sweet kitty cats, and all 3 make me laugh every day.

We take our responsibilities for your pooch very seriously. Lovett’s Pet Care is fully insured, bonded and licensed. Also, I am a Certified Pet Sitter and have a basic knowledge of CPR and First-Aid for dogs and cats. Recently I became certified as a specialist in pet bereavement.
